Martin Leuw, Group Chief Executive
Martin joined the main board of IRIS in May 2001 and has led its
growth from revenues of £9 million to over £120 million a year.

Before joining the company, Martin was Chief Executive of a
venture capital backed internt business servicing primary care and
the pharmaceutical industry, a business which he successfully sold
in January 2001.
In October 2009, Martin was awarded the new ICAEW Faculty prize at the Software Satisfaction
Awards. In October 2008, Martin was a judge for the prestigious
Real
Business "Business of the year" awards.
Neal
Roberts, Group Finance Director
Neal joined the main board of IRIS at the beginning of
April 2005.
Before moving to IRIS, Neal worked in the technology sector
for 8 years as Group Finance Director of both public (Guardian
IT PLC) and private companies.

Henske
Brad is a Managing Director at Hellman & Friedman and
non-executive Chairman of IRIS. Prior to joining H&F
in 2007, he was the General Manager of the Consumer Tax Group
(TurboTax) and the Chief Financial Officer at Intuit.
Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Synopsys, a
Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners (Robert M. Bass Group),
the CFO at American Savings Bank and a partner at Bain &
Company.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Luca was employed by Hicks,

Aster City Cable and Premier Foods plc.

Alex has 7 years' experience of TMT private equity and
venture capital. He was previously with Kennet Capital where he led
investments in the software, semiconductor and Internet services
sectors. He started his career at Spectrum Strategy Consultants, an
advisor to companies across the TMT sector.

Nick has worked with private and public software, data and
services companies across the globe. Since 2007 Nick has been
working as an advisor and board member to a small number of private
equity backed businesses. Prior to this he was CEA of NASDAQ listed
Witness Systems which he joined in 2003.
