
Neal joined the main board of IRIS at the
beginning of April 2005. Before joining IRIS, Neal worked in the
technology sector for eight years as CEO and Group Finance Director
of both public ('Guardian IT Plc') and private companies.
He was formerly at Sunguard as CEO of the
European Business Continuity Division (excluding the UK) and CFO
and prior to that held the position of CEO of the international
operations of Specialist Computer Holdings Group and Finance
Director of Specialist Computer Holdings, which is the largest
privately owned information technology group in Europe with
revenues in excess of £2 billion p.a. and compound growth rates of
in excess of 35% p.a. Neal also has considerable experience of HR,
acquisitions and new financial systems design and implementation
projects.
Neal qualified as a Chartered Accountant with
KPMG in Birmingham, after completing a law degree at Warwick
University.
