Phill Robinson, CEO, IRIS Accountancy Solutions

Phill joined IRIS in January 2009. He brings to IRIS a broad
combination of business development, product strategy and executive
management experience that has helped to build major software
organisations in Europe including Siebel Systems and
Salesforce.com. During his time with Salesforce.com, Phill also
held the positions of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating
Officer, Sales and Distribution – based in San Francisco.
Neal Roberts, Group CFO and CEO,
IRIS Software Group
Neal joined the main board of IRIS at the beginning of
April 2005.
Before moving to IRIS, Neal worked in the technology sector
for 8 years as Group Finance Director of both public (Guardian
IT PLC) and private companies.

Kay Mason
IRIS Accounting & Business Solutions
Kay joined IRIS
in May 2010 from Northgate Information Solutions, a privately owned
software and services company. Most recently she held the
position of President, North America and prior to that Managing
Director of Moorepay, Northgate’s UK SME Division.
Preceding this she spent 8 years in various sales leadership roles
in IBM’s software business. These roles spanned public
sector, SMB and partner sales and all IBM software
brands.
Dale Thomas
IRIS NFP & Major Business Solutions

Dale joined IRIS in September 2009 from Amdocs, a $3bn IT
Software and Services company focused on the telecommunications
industry, where he lastly held the position of President of their
Europe Division. He was a part of the management team that led the
sale of Cramer, the leading provider of Operational Support Systems
to the telecom sector to Amdocs over 3 years ago.
Prior to that Dale was at PeopleSoft where, over a period of 7
years, he held several senior management positions both in General
Management and Professional Services, both in UK and International
markets. Following the first 10 years of his career implementing
ERP solutions in the UK electronics industry, Dale has, over the
last period of 20 years, built a significant depth of knowledge and
experience in the application software and services industry.
Oliver Shaw
IRIS SME Solutions

Oliver Joined IRIS in Feburary 2009. Oliver is responsible for
the ITC Division of IRIS Software, this covers 4 business
units, IRIS Payroll provides payroll and hr software and
services to 35,000 uk companies with 2.8 m employees paid on the
systems. IRIS Payroll has a strong reputation for providing
compliant and easy to use solutions and award winning service. FAST
Ltd is the leading indepent authority on software asset management
and licence compliance and has helped over 8,000 business reduces
the risk and costs associated with their IT estate. Transoft, a
leading Integration, Migration and Modernisation specialist that
focuses on helping organisations make the most of legacy IT systems
and their data and IRIS Ticketing providing ticketing solutions in
the sports and arts market.
Oliver has a strong background in sales and marketing across a
number of industries. Most recently Oliver was part of the
executive team that built RIAS, an award winning provider of
Insurance to the over 50’s in the UK and one of the UKs fastest
growing companies. Oliver has a BA Hons in Business Studies and an
MBA.
Doug Hargrove
IRIS Legal Solutions

Doug joined IRIS in July 2010 from Torex Group, a private equity
backed global Software and Technology Group with deep domain
expertise in the Retail sector. During his 5 years with Torex he
held leadership positions as Vice President, Chief Executive
Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the UK subsidiaries as well
as Group Chief Marketing Officer responsible for marketing and
product strategy.
Prior to this, Doug spent 7 years with Anker Group, the largest
independent European Retail Software and Services company, where he
held several leadership positions including European Group Service
Director, General Manager and Managing Director for the UK
subsidiaries. In 2004 Doug was part of the executive team that
successfully listed the Group on the Alternative Investment Market
in London and were successfully sold to Torex in 2005.
Phil Dawes
Group Engineering & Product Management Director
Phil joined IRIS
in February 2009 from Verint Systems. Phil has spent the last 15 of
his 20 years within the IT industry holding senior executive
positions in a number of private and public software companies,
typically during periods of significant change, and has been
responsible for many of the key operations within those businesses.
These positions include Senior Vice President of Global Services
and Support for Witness Systems, Executive Vice President of
Worldwide Research and Development for Eyretel PLC and Chief
Operating Officer for the CODA Group plc. Reflecting this
background, Phil has strong and extensive experience in leading
programs to ensure successful and continuous performance
improvements.
Phil holds a BA (Hons) in History from Lancaster University and
is a qualified accountant having trained as a management accountant
in a number of industries in his early career.
Phil has responsibility for the development and maintenance of
IRIS’ software products.
