Every IRIS employee is offered a core benefits package of:

  • 26 days holiday (or part-time equivalent), plus public holidays
  • Life Assurance (4 x basic salary)
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Permanent Health Insurance
  • Eyecare Vouchers

Permanent Health Insurance

This is a fantastic benefit fully funded by the company. After a qualifying period it provides an insured proportion of earnings which would be otherwise lost in the event of you not being able to undertake normal employment due to longterm ill health. This is subject to the rules of the scheme

Private Medical Insurance

You can elect to join the company's Private Health Insurance Scheme, this scheme offers private health cover of which the company will pay for your own premium. You can also opt to add your family which will be funded from your own remuneration package.

Childcare Vouchers

In exchange for sacrificing part of your salary personalised vouchers are provided for payment of childcare which can be used with all legal forms of childcare e.g. childminders, nurseries, out of school schemes. The vouchers enable you to reduce your childcare costs due to potential savings on tax & National Insurance payments.

Sales Commission Plans

In relevant sales roles each employee has the chance to earn an uncapped performance related incentive. IRIS believe in directly rewarding employees for their hard work and creating a win-win situation for the employee and the company.

Business WomanCompany Bonus Scheme

IRIS offers to all non commissioned roles a discretionary bonus scheme, this is negotiated as part of any formal job offers. The bonus is discretionary and eligibility is influenced by company performance, personal performance and completion of employees’ probationary period. Details of the bonus scheme are communicated on an annual basis.

Employee Share Scheme

All members of staff become eligible to participate in the discretionary IRIS share purchase scheme, subject to successfully completing your probationary review. Allocation is also dependant on other factors, such as personal performance and availability of shares. All allocations are subject to the rules of the scheme and the amount of shares you may be allocated are discretionary and by recommendation of the Board and Remuneration Committee to the Trustee Manager.
