uncapped performance related incentive. IRIS believe in directly
rewarding employees for their hard work and creating a win-win
situation for the employee and the company.
Company Bonus Scheme
IRIS offers to all non commissioned roles a
discretionary bonus scheme, this is negotiated as part of any
formal job offers. The bonus is discretionary and eligibility is
influenced by company performance, personal performance and
completion of employees’ probationary period. Details of the bonus
scheme are communicated on an annual basis.
Employee Share Scheme
All members of staff become eligible to
participate in the discretionary IRIS share purchase scheme,
subject to successfully completing your probationary review.

performance and availability of shares. All allocations are subject
to the rules of the scheme and the amount of shares you may be
allocated are discretionary and by recommendation of the Board and
Remuneration Committee to the Trustee Manager.
