through regular appraisals with the line manager. We then offer a
range of relevant internal and external training courses to help
develop and enhance our employees in line with our business
goals. Courses can range from a single hour of internal
training to longer term external training which leads to recognised
qualifications. In some cases, a qualifying period with the company
may be required before embarking on training.
