We provide a number of training and development opportunities such as:

Future Leaders Programme

To identify and develop individuals that demonstrate both the desire and capability to be our next generation of senior managers.

Management Development Training

To provide existing managers the opportunity to expand their knowledge in areas such as Absence Management, Coaching and Developing and Performance Management.

Sales Excellence Programme

The Sales Excellence Programme was launched in May 2008 and delivers a consistent sales process across IRIS, development of the role of Sales Manager and Sales Executive training. IRIS have put in place a world class sales academy delivering world class sales training.

Leadership Forums

We run 6 monthly Leadership Forums where senior managers from IRIS put forward suggestions on areas such as People & Culture, Strategy, Team working and Sales. We also have group wide departmental forums for Support, Product Management, Marketing and Research & Development.
