Training & Development

At IRIS, we are committed to the continuous training and development of our employees, both in the area of related skills training and lifelong learning for personal development.

Our employees are among our greatest assets and helping each and every one to grow professionally is crucial to achieving our business ambitions. We look to develop employees with challenging yet realistic goals which assist in raising their career to new levels of experience and skills.

Investing in our people

Individual training and development needs are identified through regular appraisals with the line manager. We then offer a range of relevant internal and external training courses to help develop and enhance our employees in line with our business goals. Courses can range from a single hour of internal training to longer term external training which leads to recognised qualifications. In some cases, a qualifying period with the company may be required before embarking on training.
 
As the skills acquired are transferred into our working environment, our employees become stronger and IRIS becomes stronger as a company.
