IRIS accelerates growth through acquisition of Accountancy Practice software vendor – Keytime Ltd
Datchet, Berkshire, 6th May 2015: IRIS Software Group, the UK market leader in accountancy software, is today announcing its acquisition of Keytime Ltd, also an award-winning provider of accountancy practice software.
The inclusion of Keytime in the IRIS Software Group extends its position as the leader in the provision of business critical software solutions for accountants and their clients.
With more than 18,000 combined accountancy customers, this acquisition accelerates IRIS’s mission to drive greater levels of efficiency and success for UK accountants.
Founded in 1989, Keytime is an award winning independent software vendor of integrated practice software to over 1,700 UK practices.
The company has also been shortlisted for Product of the Year at the British Accountancy Awards for three years running.
