and online suppliers

9 June 2009

IRIS Accounting & Business Solutions has been defying recent economic conditions with a number of new order wins for their flagship IRIS Exchequer financial management system.

Its ability to address real business issues including business efficiency gains and improving competitive advantage has been regularly cited as the reason for purchase and a few recent examples are illustrated below.

The Wildlife Trust - has chosen IRIS Exchequer to replace its outgrown Sage Line 50 solution to provide a better and stronger financial future. Terry Hazeldine, Resources Director commented “IRIS Exchequer’s reporting capabilities are extremely impressive and the ability to ‘drill-down’ will provide us with a highly accurate and current view of the organisation. The time-savings are expected to be substantial, especially in the production of management accounts.”

Evolve Energy - the largest independent energy management company in the UK, has replaced its existing Netsuite solution with IRIS Exchequer to handle job costing, stock control and compliance with the Construction Industry Scheme. Nusrat Shah, Financial Director, explains, “I knew that IRIS Exchequer would be the ‘perfect fit’ especially in terms of providing the ‘real-time’ information the Group so urgently needs. It will allow us to manage our growth without adding to the head count in the accounts department and at the same time will create the efficiencies needed for competitive advantage.”

Hackney Council for Voluntary Services -  has replaced its existing Quickbooks solution with IRIS Exchequer to streamline and automate its financial processes and to assist in expanding the services the organisation currently offers. Manish Panjabi comments, “IRIS Exchequer stood out from the crowd with its well-designed features - especially project reporting. We fully expect to see a ROI through increased productivity, efficiency and accuracy.”

JJ Churchill - the engineering company has placed an order for IRIS Exchequer to maximise efficiency and improve cost control and forecasting through its seamless integration with their existing production software Jobshop. Finance Director Ken Patel commented “We knew the pedigree of IRIS Exchequer and had no hesitation in placing the order.”
