It will also be necessary for the the IRIS Support team to investigate this failure, use the instructions below to send your installation logs to us 1. Right Click on your IRIS Practice Software Menu icon/shortcut 2. Select Properties 3. On the Shortcut Tab. Click on the button “Find Target” or “Open file location” 4. The IRIS folder will now open 5. Scroll to the top where you will see the sub folders, locate the ‘Logs’ Folder 6. Right-Click on the folder and choose > Send to (Compressed) Zip folder 7. This will then create another file within the IRIS folder called Logs.Zip (make a note of its location) 8. Right-Click this file and then choose -> Send to Mail Recipient Please then attach this logs.zip file to an email and send it to IRIS Support
