Problem
At the end of the installation of IRIS users running workstation setup may experience a message saying "configuration SD error" when the installation completes. If the user tries to use IRIS after closing this message, the main menu will open, but subsequent IRIS programs will not open, although the relevant executable files WILL appear in the Task Manager.
Resolution
To resolve this program the file location for IRIS needs to be added into the Security Tab of the internet options.
KB IAS-11965 gives more information on how to set the security levels correctly so this warning does not show.
