Problem
When trying to update/install PC Share Register Plus users get the following error
“Encountered a sharing violation whilst accessing C:SHAREREGSharereg .exe”*
The installation then fails to install
*Where C:SHAREREGSharereg .exe is the installation directory
Resolution
Users are required to Disable/Turn Off the local Anti-Virus software.
Note: Due to the large range of Anti-Virus software available PTP Support cannot advise on how this can be done.
