Catherine Venus, Managing Director, IRIS Payroll &
HR Solutions
Catherine joined IRIS in September 2007 from the Sage Group
PLC.
Catherine started her career in legal insurance and then
went on to specialise in setting up and running large contact
centres mainly in the Insurance and Financial Services sectors.
Before joining Sage she worked as a management consultant.
During 11 years with Sage Catherine held various positions; Sales
Director where she grew the business from 20 to 120 million and
latterly as Customer Services Director looking after 500 staff.
Catherine is responsible for the IRIS Payroll & HR Solutions
division and telesales for IRIS.
