Harlequins go live with TALENT Sport
Thousands of loyal fans pouring through the
gates every week... Thousands more watching at home or in the pub…
The commercial possibilities for sports clubs are endless! But
there's a problem. How do you pick out the people who'd be
interested in your latest merchandise offer from the
crowd?
Harlequins are the latest club to invest in a new all-in-one
ticketing, CRM, corporate sales, merchandising, accounts and
marketing system, TALENT Sport, in order to offer new and improved
services to supporters, reduce their admin and drive their sales
and marketing opportunities.
Other clubs that have signed up to the TALENT Sport system in the
last twelve months include Castleford Tigers, Sheffield United,
Chester Race Company, Shrewsbury Town FC, Stadium Management
Company, Coventry City FC and Hull Kingston Rovers.
Mark Evans, Harlequins Chief Executive said, "The new system
will help us to manage our ticketing more efficiently, offer new
and improved services to supporters and track and reward supporters
for their loyalty. Going forwards, it will allow us to take
advantage of new web, mobile and smartcard
technologies."

TALENT Sport's key advantage is that it helps you analyse your
supporters demographics, attendance, merchandise purchases, ticket
purchases, loyalty, whether they prefer to buy online or in the
shop and much more, so you can be more targeted in your sales and
marketing.
