The Society of Chemical Industry (SCI) has appointed IRIS, the
leading IT supplier to the UK Not for Profit sector, to deliver its
new integrated CRM and membership database. SCI will deploy the
Integra software package across the worldwide organisation to
streamline processes and to improve member services.
Integra will replace SCI’s existing disparate
databases, delivering the Society a fully integrated software
solution with comprehensive functionality specifically designed for
membership organisations. This helps SCI to remove inconsistencies
and duplication of efforts as well as reduce license and
maintenance costs for separate databases.
Providing SCI with excellent fit to its
requirements and business processes, the Society selected Integra
for its extensive suite of modules and sector expertise. As a
highly scalable and flexible solution with multi-language and
multi-currency capabilities, Integra will support SCI’s rapidly
expanding international operations.

The project is due to kick off in early April
2008, with the back office due to go live in Q3 2008.
