The King’s Fund is to overhaul its existing databases and
business processes with IRIS’s (formerly CS Group’s) Integra
software solution. Delivering the organisation both robust back
office database and powerful web publishing tools, Integra will
enable King’s Fund to achieve true web integration and a single
view on its business.
The King's Fund is an independent charitable
foundation working for better health, specifically in London.
Aiming to develop informed policy by undertaking original research
and providing objective analysis, effective services by fostering
innovation and helping put ideas into action and skilled people by
building understanding, capacity and leadership, the King’s Fund is
committed to creating an effective, high quality health and social
care system for all.
To select the right software package meeting
the organisation’s extensive requirements, the King’s Fund ran a
thorough procurement process using advice from external
consultants. Integra was the solution of choice for the King’s
Fund, as it offered the organisation the broadest range of
functionality in the market and stability in the form of
established user base and ongoing product development.
Michelle Dixon, Director of Communications at
the King’s Fund says: “We were highly impressed by the level of
sophistication that Integra offers. We believe that Integra will
benefit both our contacts and customers, by allowing us to provide
a much more integrated and responsive service, a as well as
the organisation itself, by enabling us to streamline our business
processes.”
Providing the King’s Fund with efficient tools
for segmenting and profiling, Integra will enable the organisation
to achieve an integrated approach to its communications and
marketing, leading to a deeper understanding of its contacts and
customers. Furthermore, Integra will enhance both the King’s Fund’s
service delivery and income generation functions by helping the
charity to better manage its relationships with key stakeholders
and by providing a single platform for efficient analysis and
reporting. As a fully integrated software solution, Integra will
help the King’s Fund to paint a complete picture of its business
processes.
Simon Fowler, Managing Director at the IRIS
NFP Solutions says: “Integra offers the King’s Fund a
software solution which is more than just a contacts database,
enabling the organisation to drive all its key business processes
forward. Providing the charity with flexibility and support,
Integra gives the King’s Fund the right tools to pursue its goals
of development and growth long into the future.”
The King’s Fund will undergo a phased
implementation project, with the key Integra back office modules
deployed first, followed by the implementation of the fully
integrated Integra web publishing tools. According to Michelle
Dixon, the King’s Fund has been very pleased with the support and
professionalism of the Integra team and is looking forward to the
future partnership with IRIS.
“We have been pleased with the
professional, expert and reliable approach IRIS have shown so
far and look forward to working with them on this project, which
has the potential to really transform the way we engage with our
audiences. “
