IRIS Enterprise Software, developers of the award winning
Exchequer accounting and business product, have moved to new and
prestigious office premises in Bournemouth with state of the art
facilities.
The move signals the scope for further
expansion and it has coincided with a new and technologically
advanced customer support system being installed which comprises a
combination of on-demand telephone support, web support and e-mail
support. A skills based routing mechanism allows the incoming calls
to be routed to the most appropriate product specialist and already
there is an appreciable reduction in response times. In the first
two weeks of operation, statistics show a 22% improvement in speed
of response.
This system is just one of the company’s new
measures to further enhance the quality of its’customer care which
is consistently identified as a benchmark within the accounting
software industry, scoring top ratings in user surveys.
Over the last 2 years, IRIS Enterprise
Software has more than doubled in terms of staff numbers and now
has a workforce of over 100. Buoyed by the continued growth of
sales and an expanding product portfolio, the decision was taken to
move to the purpose built facilities with a very central position
in Bournemouth town centre. The company had been based at Wootton
Grange since 1998.
One of the advantages of the move is a new
customer / staff training suite to facilitate IRIS’ continued
investment in its staff knowledge. The new space also boasts high
tech conference and meeting facilities.
Stuart Dawson, Managing Director, commented:
“Over the last two years, since becoming part of IRIS, we have been
able to focus on building a strong team and enhancing our R&D
capabilities. We are now seeing the hard work coming to
fruition in a series of product updates which will ensure that
Exchequer continues to lead the field both in terms of
functionality and for the quality of its customer support.
The move will allow us the capacity to further expand the
business.”
