The British Woodworking Federation (BWF) has selected the
Integra software package from IRIS, the leading IT supplier to the
UK Not for Profit sector, for its organisation wide CRM and
membership management database.
The BWF required a sophisticated specialist
software package to support its continuous growth and to manage its
complex membership structure, which Integra offered. As a fully
integrated database, Integra will provide the BWF with an
enterprise wide platform for reporting and analysis, eliminating
the duplication of efforts and giving the organisation a deeper
insight into its business.
With its powerful tools for membership
relationship management and marketing, Integra will allow the BWF
to significantly enhance its recruitment and retention as well as
member engagement. Furthermore, Integra will enable the BWF to gain
a better understanding of its members’ needs, which will
consequently help the organisation improve the quality of its
service.

The BWF project is to kick off in February
2008, with the go live date scheduled for early June 2008. The
Integra team will be working closely with the BWF over the coming
