The UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) has
selected the CARE software package from IRIS, the leading IT
supplier to the NFP and Higher Education sectors, for its
centralised CRM and membership management database across the
organisation.
CARE met UKCISA’s requirements of a fully
integrated software package providing an integration layer to
consolidate all operational systems throughout the organisation.
Deploying the Smart Client technology, CARE delivers a single
interface to every user across UKCISA’s network and a platform for
organisation wide data management and reporting.
With sophisticated tools for membership
relationship management and web self-service, CARE will allow
UKCISA to efficiently interact with its members allowing them
direct access to update their records, book courses or order
publications.
