Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management the position is a customer centric role focusing on both service delivery and maximising current and future revenue potential. The successful applicant must have experience working in the Software sector, preferably in HR and Payroll.

Based from home, with regular team meetings held at Cascades head office in Leeds, at least half of the time the role will involve travelling to clients’ offices for meetings which will often involve overnight stays away from home.

Working closely with the Account Management team- making contact with agreed customer set, managing day to day queries and transactions, and generating additional sales revenue from customers through effective cross-sell and up sell activity of our training/consultation services and software modules.

Supporting customer retention by building excellent customer relationships and resolution of issues pre-renewal.

   

Main responsibilities 

• Responsible for approximately 80-100 clients

• Achieve agreed KPI’s as directed by your manager (for example)

o Number of meetings

o Number of new orders

o Account reviews

o Account retention

 

• To exceed targets as set out by your manager

 

• Work proactively with marketing offering campaign ideas for call out and specific e-shot activity

• To create new opportunities in pipeline through customer meetings

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (preferable)

• Good English and Maths

Experience

• Excellent customer service skills- experience of dealing with existing clients

• Knowledge of the HR profession, professional services or generic IT software products would be advantageous.

• Microsoft Office literate
