Job Summary

KashFlow is part of IRIS Cloud Division based in London, providing easy to use, web-based accounting software for small businesses. We are a recruiting a Cloud Channel Sales Executive due to join the team. Responsible for identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners outside of the accountancy arena who will be subsequently promote and sell KashFlow to its members and customers.  The successful candidate will grow and develop relationships with partners. This role is national so location is flexible although will be advantageous to have a base at London, Datchet or Manchester  

Main responsibilities 

Research, initiate and execute plans to win new affiliate and channel partners.

Maintain stimulating relationships with current affiliates.

To work with the marketing team to develop and monitor affiliate promotions.

To work with the marketing team to maintain on-going communication campaigns.

Keeping affiliates up to date on new functionality and enhancements.

Continually motivating affiliate’s to increase performance.

Monitoring and reporting on competitors affiliate campaigns and promotions.

Working with the marketing team help create sales tools to support new partners.

Attending trade shows and speaking at events



Strong academic background (preferably degree educated)

Finance/Accounting knowledge advantageous



Experience selling to and recruiting new affiliate partnerships is essential

Proven track record of delivering against personal targets and KPI’s

Experience of presenting, and speaking at events and trade shows

Previous experience of selling a technology or web based solution.

Knowledge of bookkeeping finance or accounts advantageous.


Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proven delivery against targets


Commercially aware

Ability to deliver on target sales
