Job Summary
To provide a Bureau payroll service to customers in line with current operational procedures.
Main Responsibilities
All aspects of processing payroll on computerized payroll systems. 
Be up to date with HMRC current legislation. 
Provide the correct level of service in line with individual customer agreement and also ensure department SLA’s are achieved. 
Deal with queries in line with set procedures. 
Resolution of issues or escalation to manager if necessary. 
Processing P11d’s. 
General administration. 
Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines are essential.

Job Summary

The CRM developer will be working on a wide range of range of programs and will perform a key role in providing application development for the internal CRM solution. The CRM developer must be able to design and implement systems based on outline specifications provided by senior staff and key business owners. They will be accountable for the quality of own work, delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge. Ensuring high quality of code in all respects including fit for business purpose is a key requirement in this fast paced commercial environment

Main Responsibilities


  • Participating in project planning sessions with team members to analyse development requirements.
  • Translating technical requirements into application code and modules.
  • Making modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with written specifications and industry standards.
  • Recommending process and quality improvements to immediate manager.
  • Creating system test plans and test data, mapping back to requirements, executes test plans, recording and reporting outcomes.
  • Provides expertise and guidance to other team members.
  • Codes, tests, debugs, and documents simple programs or modules to a clear design specification, as part of the CRM system.
  • Assists in design and provides input into project plans.
  • Resolving user’s queries about problems with the CRM systems
