Customer Support Consultant (3rd Line)

Job Summary

To deal with any support issues 2nd line support cannot resolve, to assist other Departments with improving the product and to provide excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

 

Provide 3rd line Technical Support to customer base

Highlight any problems (bugs) to Development / QA

Developing utilities to help support

Maintain and develop Technical knowledge in line with changing technology

Assist 1st and 2nd line support staff with queries/issues

Complete callbacks within designated timescales

Respond to incoming emails

Log details of all support actions in CRM system

Onsite visits in respect of problem customers/consultancy etc as required

Qualifications

Good Standard of Maths and English

Experience

 

Proven Customer Support Experience

SQL Server - deployment and interrogation

Microsoft Access

Microsoft Excel

Crystal Reports

Visual Basic/programming ability

Excellent Communication skills

Proactive
