Job Summary
IRIS Software are currently seeking a Telemarketing Executive for our Manchester office. The successful applicant will proactively contact SME prospects as directed, promote the Iris brand in a professional manner, generate and secure quality, qualified appointments for the New Business Sales and Webex teams, and build a pipeline of opportunities to secure future sales and growth for the SME team.
Main Responsibilities
Undertake outbound telemarketing activity with SME prospects as directed 
Undertake inbound telemarketing activity with SME prospects as directed 
Book quality, qualified appointments with prospects to secure the future success of the SME business team 
Meet and exceed sales revenue targets inline with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as directed by the SME Telemarketing Team Manager 
Build, manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities To identify cross-selling opportunities and referrals for other areas of the IRIS business 
Continually update and cleanse the prospect database with key marketing and competitor information as directed

• Preferably educated to Degree level 
• Good standard of English and Maths
Proven telesales/telemarketing experience 
B2B sales experience

Job Summary

Reporting into the Head of Digital this role is crucial in the maintaining and improving of design collateral across the IRIS portfolio of websites and product ranges.  Your designs will increase the effectiveness of IRIS’ digital marketing and sales presence and will form the backbone of the website design & content, email marketing, infographics, whitepapers and product packaging and in many other channels where we need to represent the brand. 

Main Responsibilities


  • Creative development of the Iris brands
  • using creative expertise to develop unique illustrations and graphics that bring concepts and processes to life
  • Creating a consistent range of external communications from brief through to completion - including case studies, email templates, brochures, flyers, info graphics, exhibition materials and presentations.
  • Updating brand guidelines, including logos

  • Degree qualified ideally in computer science or software engineering




  • Minimum 2 years In-house and or agency experience
  • In-house and or agency background
  • Experience of working with b2b organisations and/or SaaS providers advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as MS Office
  • Sound understanding of brands and branding
  • Creative flair using typography, layout, imagery and illustration
  • Experience of generating design concepts from briefs and developing them through to final artwork
  • Experience of working within style guidelines
  • Experience of preparing artwork for print
  • Awareness of latest trends and styles in graphic design
  • An understanding of designing for digital marketing, e.g. email templates, infographics and banners
  • HTML5, CSS, Javascript & Responsive Web Design
  • Have experience of conversion rate optimisation, and the role design has to play
  • Experience with working in or with small businesses, accounting and/or IT (advantageous)
