We are seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to recruit into our Sales and Support Divisions of the business across Manchester/Stockton and Wigan.

Based in our busy Sales office in Manchester you will be a dynamic driven recruiter responsible for finding good quality candidates by actively resourcing, screening and qualifying applicants.  You will fulfil vacancies at various levels focusing on the sales and support teams to maintain a constant pool of talent. Additionally, you’ll take charge of a range of recruitment channels and campaigns and have the autonomy to successfully manage the recruitment of this part of the business.

This role demands a highly personable individual with the ability to communicate with people at all various level, and build strong working relationships with key figures across the company. You’ll have a proven track record successfully filling vacancies in fast paced environment - as well as the drive, initiative and foresight to select the most suitable candidates.


Main Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers within the business and encourage inclusion in resource planning for their business.
  • Adherence to agreed recruitment delivery strategies, including vacancy management, detailed qualification of all roles, advertising, sourcing, candidate interviews, submission, offer and new starter process.
  • Manage a candidate care strategy during the recruitment process to include, but not be limited to frequency of contact, information provided, and consistent quality feedback.
  • Identify sources for candidate attraction such as job boards, job events, database utilisation, talent pooling, social media, headhunting and networking.
  • Manage end to end recruitment process for each individual client, providing current documentation and process.
  • Ensure all advertising complies with current legislation and is managed appropriately both internally and externally.
  • Understanding of all accountable business and develop knowledge of current clients.
  • Provide information and advice to the client regarding local and national market trends.
  • Perform and meet objectives and targets.
  • Complete all regulatory documents to support the placement of a candidate in line with Capita Internal Resourcing.
  • Offer guidance to Hiring Manager to ensure Adherence to recruitment processes and procedures.
