Job Summary

To proactively contact HR prospects as directed. To promote the Cascade brand in a professional manner. To generate and secure quality, qualified appointments for the NB Fieldsales team. To build a pipeline of opportunities to secure future meetings for the HR sales team.

Main responsibilities 

•To undertake outbound telesales appointment activity with HR prospects as directed

•To undertake inbound telesales appointment activity with HR prospects as directed

•To book quality, qualified appointments with prospects to secure the future success of the HR business team

•To meet and exceed meeting targets in line with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as directed by the HR Telesales Team Manager

•To build, manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities

•To continually update and cleanse the prospect database with key marketing and competitor information as directed

Qualifications

•Preferably Educated to degree level

•Good English and Maths

Experience

•Proven telesales/telemarketing experience

•Knowledge of the HR profession, professional services or generic IT software products would be advantageous.

•B2B sales experience

•Cold Calling experience to senior management FD’s, MD’s

•Previous Sales Training: i.e. open questions, call handling, overcoming objections, persuasion skills etc.

•Pipeline management
