Job Summary

The Digital Team is part of the IRIS Accountancy Division, providing easy to use, cloud-based accounting software & services for small businesses.


We are a recruiting for a Partner Success Field Associate to join this established growing team based in our Manchester office.


Although it is expected that 3-4 days of the week will be F2F off site customer meetings, the dynamic team player will embrace our office culture for the remainder of their week.


Working with our Partner firms to grow their subscriber’s growth through successful deployment of Kashflow licenses and the role out and management of our Partner Programme in the accountancy channel, you will manage a 3rd of the UK territory.


You will implement your own weekly schedule where you will be organising your time to deliver against all activities including: planning your territory, outbound campaign plans & account management to your base.


To be successful in this role you will be self-disciplined, have great time management, planning and adept at managing your territory and working to set KPI’s and targets.


 Main Responsibilities

• Managing client accounts over a specified Partner territory

• Implementing a personal daily schedule to ensure all activities are covered

• Delivering number against monthly, quarterly and annual deployment targets

• Ensuring successful delivery of our Partner Programme

Commercial awareness:

• Liaising with Sales Manager Managers to develop and maintain group wide standards/”best practice”

• Keeping abreast with competitor information

• Liaising with Product Management, Sales Teams and Partner Success team

• Give constructive feedback to aid product development, identification of new business opportunities and development of marketing strategies

• Strong academic background (preferably degree educated)

• Good English and Math’s

• Finance/Accounting knowledge advantageous but not essential



• Proven track record of delivering against personal targets and KPI’s

• Accountancy/Taxation experience highly preferable

• Experience of Field Sales activity & F2F client meetings

• Knowledge of Accounting/bookkeeping/finance desirable

• Ability to present confidently and successfully at partner level

• Awareness of Cloud Solutions
