Job Summary

To provide a payroll Bureau service to customers in line with current operational procedures.

Main responsibilities 

•Previous experience of computerized payroll systems is essential.

•Knowledge of H. M. Revenue and Customs current legislation.

•Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is essential.

•Run payrolls professionally, accurately, on-time and in line with customer agreement

•Provide the correct level of service in line with individual customer agreement and also ensure department SLA’s are achieved

•Deal with queries in line with set procedures

•Resolution of issues or escalation to manager if necessary

•To Beta-test software as required in liaison with appropriate person

•To assist and support department with queries if required

•To assist the sales team in order to win new bureau business

•General administration
