Job Summary

Cascade HR offer challenging positions to intelligent, hardworking individuals who prefer to work within a close-knit, supportive working environment. Due to an increase in sales to new customers, we are expanding our Client Services Team, creating further roles for Product Consultants. This role is key to the successful operation and future growth of Cascade HR whilst ensuring we maintain the excellent customer service our clients have become accustomed to and gives the right candidate a real chance to make a difference to this small team.

This role is client facing providing a consultative approach to delivering informative training and support on all aspects of the Cascade HR and Payroll software. You must be a good team player but also be able to work on your own initiative building up and maintaining good relationships with our client base. Occasionally you will be required to present or demo at our users groups or as part of the pre sales process.

You must be willing to travel and stay away from home when required, the rest of the time you will be based in our office in One City West, Leeds.

    

The Candidate 

• You will be willing and able to travel within the UK with overnight stays on a weekly basis up to 4 nights a week – (Clean Driving Licence)

• You will be presentable and confident when meeting new people, and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

• You will have a history of working in a customer focused environment

• You will have good communication skills allowing you to explain clearly how our software works

• You will have strong initiative skills, demonstrated in an imaginative approach to creating and delivering training courses, and identifying continuous improvements

• You will be able to consult with the customer to clearly understand their requirements and tailor the course accordingly

• You will be a self starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills

• You will have first class organisational skills

 

Essential Skills

• Customer focused, lively and confident speaking in front of groups of people

• Microsoft Office (Core products Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer etc.)

• Highly PC literate

• Solid communication and written skills

• A desire to learn

 

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience of processing payroll and dealing with payroll queries

• Understanding of basic SQL or databases

• Advanced Excel

• Some exposure to BACS payments, Tax, NI, P45’s, P46’s, P60’s and general ledger. Up to date knowledge of SSP, SMP and payroll legislation
