Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with the Senior Product Director, the Senior Product Marketing Manager, will be responsible for the messaging, packaging, promotion, and delivery of key IRIS products into the market. They will also be responsible for bringing new products, features, and/or services to market, working closely with our product, marketing and sales teams as well as key customer

Main responsibilities

•Work closely with marketing, product and sales teams to ensure the success and adoption of key IRIS products as they go to market.

•Develop messaging, packaging, promotional and training materials of core IRIS products.

•Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.

•Work closely with marketing campaign managers, create core marketing campaigns and initiatives to take our products and/or services to market.

•Work closely with the content team, create content (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts and other forums) to articulate the benefits of our products to the market.

•Work with our customers to create case studies and customer success stories.

•Work closely with the product and sales specialists team, train and enable sales and customer support teams on new products and go-to-market initiatives.

•Keep the company up-to-date with market trends and competition, and keep us several steps ahead of the competition at all times.

•Deliver training and sales tools to our sales teams to help them be more efficient and effective. Assist sales when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.

•Degree or equivalent working experience.


•Past experience in digital marketing, sales consulting/pre-sales, product marketing, and/or product management.

•Proficiency in Web Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation Systems and CRM Systems. You will be expected to help build product pages and mailers, optimise the conversion paths on those assets, and use calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific CTAs.

•Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.

•A highly analytical approach, used in a wide range of responsibilities, from customer development, to product adoption, to sales processes.

•Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with product, sales and other departments.


•Excellent written and verbal communication skills --- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.
