Job Summary

KashFlow is a fast growing part of the IRIS Cloud division based in London, providing easy to use, web-based accounting software for small businesses. We are recruiting Telesales Executives due to growth to join our busy team.

As a Telesales Executive you will responsible for contacting potential customers to engage with and sign up to KashFlow online accounting software. 

Dealing with a wide range of different users with diverse questions, you will pick up and learn the software quickly. You will be comfortable thinking on your feet and reacting to anything and everything that comes your way.

You will be given support to develop your career in Accounting Software Sales. 


Main responsibilities 

  • Making 100+ calls a day to agreed call campaigs to potential new customers to engage quickly understanding thier needs relating to Kashlow online booking and payroll services.

  • Work proactively with marketing offering campaign ideas for call out and specific e-shot activity

  • Working closely with the Parnter  Success Team to deliver the ‘wider team goal’

  • To identify new business opportunities for yourself & for field sales when over ‘x’ bench mark

  • To handle any inbound sales calls from prospects and customers who wish to discuss our products

  • Working and delivering against KPI's and set targets


  • Educated to GCSE / A level/ Degree preferable

  • Good English and Math’s



  • Proven telesales experience

  • Knowledge of accountancy profession and practice software products would be advantageous.

  • B2B experience



  • Sales orientated team player

  • Energy and enthusiasm

  • Excellent listener and communicator

  • Self-motivated

  • Good organisation and admin skills
