With more than 18,000 combined accountancy customers, this acquisition accelerates IRIS’s mission to drive greater levels of efficiency and success for UK accountants.

The IRIS Group CEO, Phill Robinson said:

“Keytime’s practice software is a superb fit within our portfolio of solutions that provide market-leading solutions to UK accountants of all sizes. Together we are passionate about providing technology to support legislative changes, and continually inventing better ways to connect accountants, businesses and their employees. We look forward to welcoming the Keytime team to the Group.”

John gives plenty of assurance to current existing customers of Keytime by assuring that they will still operate as normal, under their own brand and in their own head office in Oldham "for the foreseeable future".

He explains that Keytime's offering is best suited to smaller practices and that the IRIS acquisition will enable Keytime to offer a wide range of product and services to its customers, including cloud products like IRIS OpenSpace and KashFlow.

John continued to explain that IRIS will now be able to help Keytime to grow at a faster rate than they have done in recent times and the acquisition makes sense due to the collective interest of customer service, integrated solutions and cloud products.
