The IRIS and Earnie Annual Conference is now just one week away, join us on the day to find out about the future of payroll and HR.

This year’s conference is due to take place on Thursday 16th November at the Holiday Inn, Camden. We’re really excited to host this year's event which is set to build on last year’s success. What to expect

This year’s event theme is ‘the future of payroll and HR’ so expect a focus on how to improve payroll and HR effectiveness, and how IRIS can help you do so.

Senior Product Manager, Mark Shaw, will be explaining how you can focus on the people and not the process with IRIS software. Followed by IRIS’ very own Data Protection Officer, Vincenzo Ardilio, who’ll be covering the biggest challenge to face businesses in 2018, the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation. Vincenzo will guide you through the key step to prepare for the GDPR, and also what IRIS have been also doing.

Additionally, we have a number of guest presenters including Samantha Mann from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professional, Marie Walsh of Consilia Legal and Andy Nichols from The Pensions Regulator who will be presenting the latest hot topics in payroll and HR including, minimum wage compliance, re-enrolment and key challenges affecting HR professionals in 2018.

There will also be breakout sessions hosted by IRIS Product Managers and Consultants demonstrating the future of Bureau Efficiency as well as payroll and HR software hints and tips. We will also be joined by a range of amazing exhibitors including Nest, The Peoples Pensions, Capita, The Pensions Regulator and PAS Ltd.
