Learn your responsibilities as an employer going through auto enrolment with this video from The Pensions Regulator (TPR).

TPR have a multitude of different resources in order to help you through auto enrolment. The workplace pension reform was brought in by the government in order to help those that maybe aren't saving enough for their retirement.

With this in mind, TPR understand that the process is complex so to help out, they have created a number of different resources online that can help you. These can vary from finding out your staging date to working out an action plan around when the best time to start preparing for auto enrolment is.

Another resource that they have is an archive of YouTube videos that can be viewed whenever you feel that you need an extra bit of information or help regarding certain topics.

During 2015, 46,300 business are set to stage (view the free infographic) and the majority of these employers are SMEs who may not necessarily have a great deal of knowledge surrounding the legislative changes.

Consequently, this means that there may be a lack of knowledge around just exactly what it is that employers have as responsibilities surrounding auto enrolment and what this means for them.
