Top tips to help you remain compliant this October
Since we launched the new IRIS website, we have more ways than ever to support you. The website and new support pages were designed to be as user-friendly as possible, with improved navigation and functionality making it much easier for you to find all the information you need. We realise that you may be busy focussing on your business though, so this post will highlight a few key points which you will need to know this month.
As we are continually striving to improve out software and services, occasionally we will release a maintenance update. The newest releases are now available and will help you deal with workplace pension reform and auto enrolment. You will also benefit from changes and enhancements relating to the processing of Real Time Information. You can download the releases and make sure your software is up to date by visiting the relevant page for your IRIS software in our Support pages.
No CD releases
As part of our environmental policies, we now release new software on the web, eliminating the distribution, consumption and landfill of 18,000-24,000 CDs a year. This means that unless you are an Earnie IQ user, you will not be receiving a software CD in April.
P14s & P35s
Due to the implementation of RTI, you are no longer required to submit P14s or P35s in April anymore.
Finally we would like to draw attention again to our KnowledgeBase. This part of the support pages has been built from the ground up and is constantly being updated. Currently there are almost 3,500 questions/issues which have been resolved on the KnowledgeBase. We recommend that you check the KnowledgeBase before calling the helpdesk as there is a strong chance that the answer to your query may already be there. This can save you time in having to call support, giving you more time to focus on running your business.
