From 5pm on Wednesday 19th July 2017, new features users of IRIS HR will see include:

  • The addition of a 'forgotten password' link on the login page, meaning users no longer need to contact their system administrator if they're having issues logging in
  • A number of templates, created by ACAS, are now available for you to use to help with the hiring, managing and disciplining of staff
  • National Insurance number entries are now run against the latest list provided by HMRC, including changes to the prefix
  • For Direct Entry work patterns, you are now able to specify a maximum number of hours and whether or not the work pattern can be managed in half or quarter days
  • The ability to insert overlapping records within the Time module, meaning a user can record an overlapping data entry within a timesheet
