IRIS Holiday Pay Module

Users of Earnie Executive have access to the IRIS Holiday Pay Module; an optional add-on which integrates directly with your Earnie Executive software and automatically calculates your employees holiday pay.

Due to recent tribunal rulings, employers will soon be required to consider overtime and commission figures when calculating an employees owed holiday pay. The IRIS Holiday Pay Module automatically works this out for you based on earnings over a 12-week total.

We currently key data into EARNIE which is very easy-to-do. EARNIE is very flexible so even if there are last minute changes the payroll can be run and re-run as many times as necessary and additional payments can be entered.  I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending EARNIE to other companies.  It is very user friendly and has lots of useful features.
