Dapinder was exceptional and a pleasure throughout the process. She did everything possible to find a solution to the issue and if honest I experienced one if not my best experiences working through a problem with technical support.

The one person who went above and beyond was Lisa Wilson in cutomer relations. The most helpful, conscientious and patient young lady. We have had an ongoing issue going back to May last year when we changed from PAYEMASTER to Staffology, right from the start she was at hand and stayed as our point of contact to the end. Thankfully everything is now resolved

She was excellent, precise and answered my question. We got cut off at the end but then telephoned me to make sure I was satisfied.
