Quick response, problem resolved easily.

Mr. Allisio and Praveen and Samantha give the fentastic support on my recently raised issus and resolved everything during the remotely and call so I really appriciate them Technical understending from the customer side and same way they are providing support and resolved my issue within a SLA.

Having had significant problems with initial setting case up due to problems hearing clearly what I was supposed to be doing it was fantastic to speak to a member of your staff who clearly cared and was extremely patient guiding through the problems, yes I know that she was able to work on my computer through a link she however took time to make sure I understood the problems and how to correct them after the link was closed. Once I returned to Iris Elements I was able to complete the 5 MTD returns and submit them, this would not have been possible without the assistance received.

Software support was great and remote access to my laptop to resolve the problem made life a lot easier

Was super helpful - I think she knew what the problem was before I had finished explaining it and also didn't make me feel stupid :)

The communication was very clear, very good understanding and explaining of what I actually needed.

Communication with a human on the service team and not use of AI

Service is always very helpful and detailed. From my point of view I try to understand exactly what is needed so I can sort for myself next time
