We migrated to the platform in April 2024 and compared to alot of previous payroll migrations, this was actually enjoyable. We find IRIS Staffology Consultants and Support teams, to be quick to respond, provide detailed responses to queries and are always ready to assist. From system Demo to GO Live on 17 payroll migrations took less than 13 weeks. Great Experience and great support!

The assistance I received from Tim in the support team was very helpful and helped me to understand the new system better. I had been using PAYE-Master for years, and the Staffology system is totally different, but so much better and more efficient, it's just a case of getting used to the new way of running the payroll.

The colleague/s dealing with my queries were informative patient and speak in terms that as anon IT person was easy to understand and follow ensuring that I was able to carry out the task whilst they were on the phone. The latest query was dealt in the same manner as prior. Good service

Staffology is clear to use and has great support on hand.

We moved to Staffology from Earnie with the Iris team earlier this year - we are a small company with approx 50 employees but the transition/data transfer from Eranie was seamlessly carried out by Iris. Staffology is an excellent product to use, easy accessed if you want to process payroll in stages, with a user friendly interface. Initial training was excellent and customer help so far has been very quick with problems resolved quickly.

We moved on to the Staffology product over a year ago and it is amazing!! It is so straight forward to use and makes the Payroll process so quick and easy. The Staffology staff are so friendly and helpful when you do need to reach out - would def recommend.

We have been using staffology for about a year now. The system was set up with companies and users to allow different payrolls to be accessed by different staff which was great. The software is very straightforward and easy to us. The guides are very explanatory if help is needed.

Moved over to Staffology from 12pay and have found Staffology very easy to use and navigate round. There is a lot of help within the help centre. We haven't had to contact customer service since we moved over to Staffology.
