Very helpful support

The team member who called me today told me exactly what I needed to do to rectify the issue I had with my VAT filer. However, not such a good experience yesterday when the team member I spoke stated the the issue could not be dealt with without being able to remote onto my computer. The on-going issue I have with remote assess is that HIS do not support log me in 123. This is nightmare and is seriously making me doubt whether I should switch to an alternative system.

IRIS Keytime - RAMKUMAR He is star in your Team of Customer service. I have called for the new update available or not ?. He log-in in my system and checked last update. Helped me to update latest software. He also help and sort-out my pending request that i am not getting email regarding update. I told him that i am installing new computer system tomorrow, so he help me and guide me that also. He made me list to download software in sequence and explained me do it 1 by 1. He also help me for data back-up to be transferred to new system. He even told me that if i find any problem, i call call back tomorrow and they will help me out. I have never seen any-one to help to client to much in details and step by step. I really apricate his help and your team as a whole. Thank you very much and regards
