Before installing Drummohr, please ensure that the systems you are using meet or exceed the minimum platform, hardware and software requirements described below.

We do not test our products in any of the virtual environments listed above. Many customers use these environments without a problem. If you do come across an issue, we will try and help you narrow down the area in the virtual environment that is causing the problem but do not guarantee resolution.


NB Microsoft have announced the end of support for Windows Server 2008 (without SP2), Vista, XP and Office 2003. Microsoft have also announced the end of support for Windows Server 2003. These announcements has resulted in IRIS ending support for these platforms too. Full details can be found here.

Anti-virus software and firewall protection

Some anti-virus software or firewall protection may prevent successful installations of IRIS Drummohr software. In some cases the anti-virus or firewall software may need to be disabled while the installation is run. If you require assistance with this, please contact your anti-virus or firewall software supplier.
