Problem Documents have been processed by a network scanner, but they do not appear in IRIS Docs.
Resolution To retrieve the scanned documents please follow the steps shown below:

  • Connect onto the server which IRIS Docs is installed on
  • Click Start
  • Type run and select programme
  • Type services.msc
  • Click OK
  • Restart the INVU V6 Processing Engine Service

    After 5 minutes the scanned documents should appear in the relevant user’s intray.
