Problem
When carrying out a search in IRIS Docs 0 Search results appear
Resolution
This can be due to one of two reasons:No documents match the search criteria The user does not have access to the filing cabinets in which documents have been saved, to add the user as a member of the filing cabinets in IRIS Docs please follow the steps below:
  • Sign into IRIS Docs as an administration user
  • Click Administration
  • Click Filing Cabinets.
  • Click Show Filling Cabinets.
  • Right-click on Relevant Folder | Edit Members and Info Types.
  • Add new user and click on OK.
  • Select Update this client folder only.
