Why is a dividend tax credit appearing in the tax calculation?
Resolution
Although tax credits were removed generally for dividends from April 2016 they still apply for non-resident clients. Please find below links to S399 of the Income Tax Act 2005 and the relevant amendments to this section in the Finance Act 2016.
