Problem
User receives error message 'Failed to retrieve client liabilites due to client/agent not being authorised' at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
Resolution
  • Select client refresh(from version 19.2.0)
  • Expand date range in the Date Range section to include the obligations that are expected
  • Reset agent credentials
  • If all of the above does not remove the error then please contact HMRC.
