Problem
Email notifications do not seem to be coming through to me and/or my clients?
Resolution
Users should:
  • Check Junk Mail folders
  • Check mmail Server Logs to see if noreply@irisopenspace.co.uk is being rejected
  • Add noreply@irisopenspace.co.uk to their safe senders list
  • Consider using their own email server (Customisation | SMTP Settings)
