Problem
iwinpacl.exe has stopped working when viewing certain clients communications tab.
Resolution

This issue is currently a defect in the Iris Accountancy Suite, however the below steps will resolve the issue as a workaround. To stop the Communications tab from crashing you will need to follow these steps:

1. Open Practice Management
2. Select Launch | Client Lookup
3. Select a client that doesn’t have the issue
4. Click View
5. Select the Communications tab
6. Right Click on the column headings and select Configure
7. Untick “Description” and “OpenSpace Status”
8. Click OK We do also have a permanent resolution which is an SQL script that will need to be ran on your hosted server. If you do wish to run the SQL script please contact the Iris Support team.
