Problem
The PTP Launcher was working previously but no longer opens. It may appear briefly before closing after a few seconds.
Resolution

If this problem has occurred immediately following a PTP update on a different workstation or server, please open Tax Platform on the machine which has already been updated, then retry the Launcher on the affected workstation. Alternatively, run the update from the website directly on the affected workstation https://www.iris.co.uk/support/ptp-software-support/downloads/.

If no PTP update has recently been run, please open Tax Platform directly on the affected workstation by browsing to the install folder (default location is C:\PTP\Platform) and double clicking on the Application file, Platform.exe, with the black PTP logo.  Retry the Launcher.
