Problem

Validation 7.1 regarding NINO is preventing online filing for some companies where an employee has a newly issued National Insurance number which is not being recognised as valid by the software e.g. prefix NJ.

Resolution

This will be corrected in the Summer release. Unfortunately this will be after the 2022 filing deadline so any submissions affected will need to be filed on paper.
