Measurement & Analytics
Purpose and legal basis for processing
IRIS is constantly aiming to improve its products for its Customers. When you consent to the placing of analytics cookies within a product you are using, we use a supplier called Gainsight to collect information to help us understand how a user interact with the Product. The purpose of this is to understand and improve our customers experience when using our products.
The legal basis we rely on to place cookies and collect analytics data is consent.
What we need
The cookies collect information on a user’s browser usage, a user’s journey through the product, the most frequently used functionality and session duration. The cookies in themselves do not directly identify you and no personal information such as name and email are shared with Gainsight. If you agree to the placing of the cookies, a company ID is shared with Gainsight to obtain analytics data. Any analytics data is provided to IRIS is provided in an aggregated format.
No cookies are dropped or data collected and shared on your use of the product unless you have consented.
How long we keep it
The analytics data is held by Gainsight for 12 months whereby the data is automatically removed.
