Problem

Resolution
This error occurs because your company data has an invalid combination of De minimis state aid and Employment allowance.
Most commonly we see this error when a user has incorrectly selected the option “De minimis state aid does not apply”.
To resolve this error, correct the option selected for De minimis state aid found:
IRIS Payroll Business & IRIS Bureau Payroll:
“Company” | “Company Details” | “HMRC” | “State Aid“
Earnie & Earnie IQ:
“Company” | “Alter Company Options” | “State Aid“
GP Payroll:
“Setup/Options” | “12 – Tax/NI Parameters” | “State Aid“
